Article 1: object

The present "general conditions of use" relate to the legal framework for the use of the Librairie-averroes.com site and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Paris are competent to settle the dispute.
