Returns and refunds
All the products that We supply You benefit from the manufacturer's warranty and are identical to those of the trade.
Any return of item within Thirty (30) days from receipt of the order (indicating the invoice number to which it relates) for exchange or refund will be made without penalty.
The return costs will nevertheless be your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Only products returned complete, in good condition and in their original packaging such as we will have delivered them to you (CD, DVD, videos, video games, software, CD-Rom and cellophane material, unless defective), will be taken back or exchanged.

At the end of this Thirty (30) days period, the products delivered will be deemed to comply with your order and accepted by You.
Retention of title
The goods delivered will remain our property until You have fulfilled all of your obligations against us and in particular until full payment of the price, if any, plus interest. This retention of title does not prevent the transfer of risks which will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises
